Delivery time

Shipping

For the delivery of your orders we are partly dependent on our supplier (s).
If items are in stock with us, the items that you have ordered and paid for will be sent as quickly as possible.

If items are not in stock, we will forward them to one of our suppliers and a delivery time may take approximately 10 to 15 working days.

If you choose a non-direct payment method, the delivery time can be delayed by a few working days.

The order is offered to you on weekdays during the day. Please note that you must be present at the delivery address on weekdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm to receive the shipment. You are always responsible for the way in which the shipment is received at the delivery address.

Note: we only display our own stock situations. In the case of non-direct payment methods or very high demand, it is always possible that the product is temporarily out of stock and that a backorder is created. In this case, you can of course cancel your order.

Returns / Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
